TRAVEL ZONES
Free travel is available for all suburbs located in the BLUE ZONE. There is a $30 travel fee for suburbs located in the GREEN ZONE. If you are unsure of your zone, or are outside of this radius, please reach out and we can help you.

HOME VISITS INCLUDE:
A full health examination and treatment plan, as well as review of prior medical history if required, and ongoing case management
Examination with gentle cat handling in the comfort of home – a full physical exam is performed including weight check, dental assessment and heart auscultation
You will be provided with a thorough plan and any resources or referrals required to assist you
A treatment summary is provided after the appointment to help you understand your cat’s treatment plan including any medications, home care, monitoring and follow-up required
No rush - extended 30 minute consultations allow your cat to relax
EQUIPMENT & LABORATORY TESTING
Accurate blood pressure assessment using Doppler blood pressure unit
Ultrasound for the purpose of obtaining urine samples (cystocentesis)
Access to complete laboratory testing including comprehensive blood testing, urinalysis, faecal analysis & cytology
Selected on-site tests for immediate results, including urine concentration (USG), dipstick urinalysis, FIV/FeLV blood testing & blood glucose and ketone testing for diabetic cats
Microchip scanning and implantation
Ocular (eye) and aural (ear) examination equipment
PHARMACY
We stock cat-specific drugs for various medical conditions and can provide compounded medication in flavours and treats (as we know medicating your cat can be tricky!)

In-depth consultation where we take the time to listen and complete a thorough behavioural assessment of your cat
A physical exam and general health assessment of your cat
Practical advice to help understand your cat and clear recommendations to help address any concerns, including medication if needed
A written summary and plan provided after the appointment
Includes complimentary telehealth check in and review 2-6 weeks after your consultation to assess progress and adjust the treatment plan if needed
Behaviour consults can be performed at home (preferred option) or via telehealth - select your preference when booking
Note a telehealth Behaviour Consult cost is the same as the in-person visit
Multi-cat problems are included under a single behaviour consult
